I ordered the Mommy Yasmin Talking Baby Abaya Doll for my daughter’s birthday about a month and a half ago. While the doll itself is very well made—great quality, beautiful design, and the personalization was done perfectly—the overall experience has been frustrating.
My order included additional items (purse, book bag, and prayer mat), but I still have not received everything. Customer service has been responsive, but the process has been slow and inefficient. Items were only sent after I followed up, and they were shipped separately instead of together. As of now, I am still missing the purse and book bag.
For a paid order, customers should not have to repeatedly reach out to receive the full package. This should have been handled properly from the beginning.
The product itself has a lot of potential, but the fulfillment and shipping process need serious improvement.
